Battery Park City | Bed A Property Line Wall Repair
Elite Construction was assigned as Construction Manager for this Task Order that entailed the repair and restoration of approximately 50 ft of the granite clad, concrete wall that separates the Esplanade from Gateway Plaza. Prior ground settlement caused cracks in the Wall and damage to several of its granite stones, creating voids in the soil material within planting Bed A. Scope included restoring this planting bed, as well.
Elite’s services included tracking and management of project costs, scheduled activities, communications and other relevant data; monitoring construction activities; maintaining daily logs, submittal logs, and RFI logs; review of change orders; and coordination of construction work. Completed on-time within budget.
