Elite Construction of NY Implements a Three-Phase Approach to Modernize Bayville Free Library

The renovation and expansion project with Gallin Beeler Design Studios (Architect) and OLA Consulting Engineers (MEP) will increase both space and services to the community.

The occupied phasing divides the building into three sections, providing swing space for the occupants until that phase is complete, and moving them back in before commencing work on the next area. This will minimize disruptions to both the library and the Village of Bayville Water Department, who share the complex.
