Eze O. Small, President of Elite Construction Company of NY, Presents at 2022 Westbury UFSD Leadership Summit

Eze O. Small, President of Elite Construction Company of NY, was honored to present at the 2022 Westbury UFSD Leadership Summit’s launch of the “My Brother’s Keeper” initiative. Eze emboldened the 50 middle and high school students to live without limits, follow their dreams, set goals and create a plan of action to reach them.

“Iron sharpening iron is the only way to get sharper and cleaner. Our firm values building and giving back to the community we live and work in, and this was an amazing opportunity to both support the school district and mentor young men of color on how to navigate this world to become successful,” summarized Eze.

Attending were Board of Education Members, Central & High School Administration, and the NYSED Chancellor. Keynote and inspirational speaker Mr. Keith Brown, workshop leaders and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity all imparted vital life skills to prepare the students to enter manhood and “become positive citizens to society.”
